company is seeking industrial partners interested in manufacturing/marketing this product.

A company in Northern Ireland has developed a reproduction of the human airway anatomy that is invaluable as a training aid to

operation, and to judge its effect exerted on the reliability of the part and the circuit. Cooperation partners can be manufacturers of

optoelectronic instruments and of telecommunication equipment.

An Irish University has a novel method for automatically generating document gists. A gist is as a very short summary that

encapsulates the essence of a document. It works for applications requiring short concise document summaries e.g. receiving

streams of textual data that requires constant updating as breaking news stories arrive. It uses auxiliary linguistic resources to

analysis the text resulting in an accurate summary generation. They are looking for demonstration and licensing partners.

A Polish inventor from northern Poland offers a new electrostatic marker for " printer's ink". This marker can be used as a single unit (in

monitoring or measuring devices, for example), or be integrated into a printing head (like a computer printer), or be built into multicolour

page-size printing machines. He is looking for a partner who is interested in a license agreement or a manufacturing agreement.

A Swedish SME has developed a platform for wireless communication in the unlicensed ISM radio bands. The WDAQ platform is fully

integratable in a system and requires no external radio module. This enables flexible and tailored solutions for specific applications

and lower cost compared to solutions with external radio modules. The company is offering technical co-operation for integration of

the WDAQ platform in electronic devices, which requires wireless communication or remote control.

A Swedish research institute has the facility of making photolithographic masks for microelectronics thin film processing and the capability

of Computer Aided Design (CAD) know-how. This technology can be used for making cheaper products. The research institute is looking for
